To maintain this trust, we prioritize responsible and careful handling of all personal information. Data is stored securely, encrypted, and managed in accordance with proper protocols.

• Your CNIC/ID card details or pictures will never be shared with any individual, public platform, or third party. These are collected solely for identity verification through NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority). However, Connect Tutor reserves the right to use this information in cases where a violation or illicit activity by a tutor, teacher, or resource is reported.

• Contact details of tutors,

teachers, resources, students, parents, clients, or freelancers will never be disclosed to any third party without the explicit consent of the individual. Academic and professional details may only be shared if the tutor, teacher, resource, or freelancer applies for a specific vacancy.

• Tutors, teachers, and resources may be added to WhatsApp groups to receive updates on available vacancies. If any group member attempts to contact another privately, the matter should be reported immediately so that Connect Tutor can take necessary action. Such behavior may result in cancellation of registration, blacklisting, and permanent blocking of the individual’s CNIC/ID from all company platforms and communication channels.

• Registered members 

including students, parents, clients, tutors, teachers, resources, and freelancers—are strictly prohibited from sharing any personal information of another registered member on private or public channels. Doing so will lead to immediate suspension of the account, cancellation of registration, and permanent blacklisting of the individual’s CNIC/ID.

• Sharing, forwarding,

or taking screenshots of information exchanged between Connect Tutor representatives and registered members is not allowed.

• For online lectures,

recording is strictly prohibited for both students/parents/clients and tutors/teachers/resources. Students and parents are advised to take notes during the lecture and may request the tutor/teacher/resource to revisit any topic for better understanding instead of recording the session.
